CETA INJECTS R75 MILLION INTO FLOORING TRAINING

The CETA has set aside R75 million for flooring skills development initiatives, the CETA CEO Ms Sonja Pilusa announced in the project launch of the partnership with Belgotex. CETA Accounting Authority Chairperson Mr Raymond Cele and Ms Pilusa expressed their appreciation for the work Belgotex is doing. CETA recently awarded the South African Forum of Civil Engineering Contractors (SAFCEC) R100 million as part of its collaboration with the industry. CETA Beaufort West Learners Graduation

Over 300 learners recently graduated at a ceremony held at Mandlenkosi Stadium in Beaufort West, Western Cape. The learners from the surrounding areas of Murraysburg, Nelspoort, Merweville graduated in various CETA programmes mainly community house building, plumbing, and building and civil construction. The CETA will turn an old dilapidated school in the community of Uitsig, Western Cape into a Skills Development Centre. This was announced by the Accounting Authority Chairperson Mr. Raymond Cele during the recent launch held with the Disabled People of South Africa (DPSA).
