Communication and Stakeholder Liasion | Construction Education and Training Authority

 
These two units are responsible to build and maintain confidence in the construction sector through effective communication and stakeholder liaison management, promote and foster support for CETA’s strategic vision, contribute to the delivery of the NSDS Targets and lastly improve and facilitate sound communication with staff.
 
CETA is accountable to its key stakeholders who are core to the success of delivering its mandate. To ensure that this accountability happens, CETA will be consulting with its stakeholders in order to understand the different stakeholders’ expectations and to inform stakeholders on any initiatives that CETA is undertaking. Hence, the establishment of a stakeholder liaison and management function which is tasked to:
 
Understand and know different CETA stakeholders
Serve as a strategic internal and external communication link for CETA
Create opportunities for proactive and constructive engagement between CETA and its stakeholders.
Set a feedback platform between the CETA and its external stakeholders.
Ensure relevant partnership and relationship building
Address the needs and expectations of stakeholders.
