The learnership delivery pathway entails a procedure that has to be followed in developing learnerships for employer organisations. This has to be done in order to make sure that there is legislative compliance and adherence to CETA’s learnership funding policies. |

1. Learnership Identification

This involves doing a need- analysis in order to justify the need to have a learnership in the organisation. |

Identify the source of justification, i.e. WSP, Annual Report, Performance management, Sector Skills Plan, etc. |

4. Monitoring and Evaluation |

The SDF and line managers perform the Quality Assurance function throughout learner selection, learning provision, assessment, moderation, verification & appeals procedures |
