To meet the National Skills Development Strategy targets CETA continuously implements and monitors workplace skills plans(WSP) submitted by levy payers that fall within the construction sector; promotes the WSP Agency approach as well as the Group Skills Development Facilitator approach; introduces strategic projects such as HIV/AIDS, ABET, Fundamental Units STDS, Learnerships, RPL, Top-up Training costs, gender specific training, bursaries, standard generating bodies, and learnership material development.
