Preference will be given to candidates/students wishing to pursue a career in Building,
Construction Management, Civil Engineering and Quantity Surveying.

No post graduate studies will be considered such as Honours and/or Masters |

Eligibility
|
| |
| Bursaries are limited to full-time study of courses relevant to the Construction Sector both at accredited Universities and Universities of Technology. |
| |
| The following conditions apply:- |

The course could not be attended without financial assistance |
 |
The individual has not received any other bursary for those costs covered by CETA bursary |
 |
The individual is registered or is eligible for registration at an accredited Tertiary Education Institution |
 |
Previous year's outstanding fees are not covered by the bursary scheme |
 |
Applications will only be considered from South African citizens |

Selection Criteria |
| |
 |
Academic pass in Grade 12, (aggregate of 60%), with Mathematics and Science both at 60% or higher; |
 |
No Bursaries will be granted to existing students who are not promoted to the next year of study and have failed more than two subjects; |
 |
Applications from designated groups will be given preference. |

| |
| Successful applicants will be required to work in the South African Construction Industry for at least three (3) years upon qualifying. |
