The National Certificate: Construction Plumbing level 3 (ID No. 21853) qualification has been replaced by the Further Education and Training Certificate: Construction Plumbing level 4 (ID No. 58782). CETA invites all providers who were accredited against the qualification 21853 level 3 to upgrade their accreditation status to qualification 58782 level 4.
