The CETA recognises the importance and the value of women in society. This became a catalyst for the CETA identifying women as part of its key strategic areas. Empowering women with construction skills enabling them to stand equally with male counterparts.
The CETA partners with various women’s organisations like South African Women In Construction (SAWIC) and Saldanah Black Women’s Association.
The organisation urges the construction skills arena to open up its doors further to women in South Africa. This will enable women to be empowered and contribute to economy of the country whilst being self-sufficient and self-reliant.
