Mamano Amasa Holding is a CETA SMME created in 2015 under the CETA / Services SETA new venture creation programme. The SMME has two members namely; Mr Linda Mashamaite and Mr Motha Mahlaphiya who believe in the “each one teach one” principle operate the SMME.
The entity was awarded 2017/2018 Discretionary Grant by the CETA and is currently training 25 leaners for Construction Roadworks Level 2 and 25 learners in Supervision of Construction Processes Level 4.
Mamano Amasa Holdings offers the following accredited training:
- Construction Roadworks Level 2
- Supervision of Construction Processes Level 4
- Construction Contracting Level 2
The entity has a vision of expanding its scope within the CETA and opening an accredited trade test centre where learners can receive quality skills, addressing the skills shortage in the county.
Mr Linda Mashamaite stated that he strongly believes that inasmuch as he has been empowered by the CETA he then has the responsibility to empower the community. He further reiterated the importance of training, empowering women and people with disability.
