Public and Stakeholder Relationships

Construction Education and Training Authority's Stakeholder and Public Relationships Department's main functions are to promote a professional image of the company and increase the stakeholder knowledge about the company's objectives and offerings.

Roles of the unit:

  • Build effective relationships with stakeholders
  • Communicate and market the CETA's offerings to stakeholders and the public
  • Build brand image and reputation
  • Develop policies and procedure pertaining to the unit and abide by them
  • Develop and implement the communication strategy of the organisation
  • Responsible for the management of CETA functions and events
  • Website development and management
  • Participate in exhibitions to showcase its offering including career guidance as part of is CETA mandate
  • Responsible for the Corporate Identity
  • Manage effective communication with internal and external stakeholders

The are two units that form the Department; namely:

  • Communication
  • Marketing
