Telephone System Failure - 17 April 2023

Kindly be advised that we are currently experiencing telephone system failures across all our CETA branches.

The following have been affected;
 
  1. Outbound Calls – All CETA employees are unable to make calls to external stakeholders
  2. Inbound Calls – All CETA employees are unbale to receive calls from stakeholders
  3. Internal Calls – All CETA employees are unable to make internal calls

ICT is currently working with the service provider responsible for LAN & VOIP services so that telephony services can be restored as soon as possible.

Meanwhile please kindly use MS Teams where possible.

NOTE:
 
  1. Email and Internet services are not affected
  2. All ICT line of business applications (VIP, Sage300, Sage200, Indicium and Office263 suite) are not affected.
