The following have been affected;
- Outbound Calls – All CETA employees are unable to make calls to external stakeholders
- Inbound Calls – All CETA employees are unbale to receive calls from stakeholders
- Internal Calls – All CETA employees are unable to make internal calls
ICT is currently working with the service provider responsible for LAN & VOIP services so that telephony services can be restored as soon as possible.
Meanwhile please kindly use MS Teams where possible.
NOTE:
- Email and Internet services are not affected
- All ICT line of business applications (VIP, Sage300, Sage200, Indicium and Office263 suite) are not affected.
