Administrator
The Administrator acts as the Accounting Authority for CETA during the period of Administration, providing strategic leadership, oversight, and governance. The Administrator ensures that CETA’s operations, programmes, and resources are aligned with legislation, directives from the Executive Authority, and the organisational turnaround plan.
Acting Chief Operating Officer (COO)
The Acting COO supports the Administrator in managing day-to-day operations and ensures that all functional areas of CETA deliver on the renewal mandate. The COO coordinates operational planning, programme execution, and reporting to the Administrator.
Advisory Team
The Administrator is supported by a team of expert advisors who provide guidance across key business areas:

Governance Advisor – strengthens internal controls, governance structures, and committee effectiveness.

Core Business Advisor – guides skills programmes, discretionary grants, project implementation, and sector research.

Legal Advisor – provides legal, regulatory, and compliance support to ensure alignment with legislation.

Financial Advisor – supports budgeting discipline, financial controls, and resource allocation in line with PFMA requirements.
