The Construction Education and Training Authority (CETA) through the monitoring of projects; identified that there are Skills Development Providers that did not yet achieve their Learners within the teach-out period against the Plumbing and Electrical qualifications. This was an error of judgement by these SDPs and as the CETA we intended to rectify this by supporting the SDPs through assistance and guidance from the QCTO.
